Having many years of experience and dozens of successfully implemented conferences, seminars, round tables, forums, trainings, business meetings and presentations, BTL as Professional Congress Organizer will take the lead in solving all operational issues related to the preparation and implementation of multi-format business events – congresses, conferences and business events.
Our company provides services in developing an event program, planning a budget, providing catering, implementing a gala dinner, preparing an entertainment program, providing technical support, guest accommodation and logistics.
In 2016, Aesthetic Consilium Congress, a congress on aesthetic medicine, was held in Prague under the supervision of the Aesthetic Consilium and with the support of BTL group of companies. A year later, we hosted 380 aesthetists from 16 countries at the international conference on aesthetic medicine Kolkhida 2017.
51 international speakers, professionals with a capital letter, real masters and creators, spent over 256 hours in the air to share their experience with participants throughout a 3-day forum!
In addition, BTL Group is MMP Forums founder – a series of B2B workshops for professionals in the field of MICE, event, conference services and business tourism, which for now have been successfully held in five countries: Italy, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland and Georgia. In general, more than 1,000 experts attended the event with the goal of networking, strengthening partnerships, training and development.
